This website, silverbloomglow.com (the "Site"), is operated by Hassan agency LLC, trading as SilverBloomGlow ("SilverBloomGlow", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the Site, purchasing from us or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Eligibility and use of the Site

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, including their colours, sizes and features, as accurately as possible. Because product images may vary slightly depending on your screen, we cannot guarantee that what you see exactly matches the product. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse or limit any order at our sole discretion.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless another currency is selected at checkout. Product prices include any VAT or sales tax we are required to charge. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are shown at checkout before you pay; the total you see on the payment step is the total you are charged. Where an order crosses a customs border and import charges cannot be collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email means that we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order because of stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase, or before it is fulfilled, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

Shipping times, costs and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier, unless local consumer law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers such as bundle discounts and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, cannot be applied to past purchases, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Accuracy of information

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. We do our best to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Any reliance on the material on the Site is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; to harass, abuse or discriminate against others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect personal information of others; to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; or to scrape or copy the Site's content without permission. We may terminate your access to the Site for violating any of these prohibitions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos and design, is owned by or licensed to SilverBloomGlow and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish and distribute that content in any media. You confirm that your content is your own, is accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove or edit user content at our discretion.

12. Third-party links and tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites and services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverBloomGlow, its owners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SilverBloomGlow and its owners, employees, affiliates and suppliers from any claim, demand or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
